January Toning - Abs and Core

Having a strong core is so important. It can help us have better posture, stand up straighter, eliminate lower back pain, have good muscle tone, have improvement in physical performance, help prevent injuries and support our body to function at a higher energy level. And hey, it looks good too.

Don't worry if you're not sporting six-pack abs, you still get the benefits of a strong core. My class loves this workout and was pleasantly surprised to find out they had done 5 minutes of core workout.
