Green Beans
A simple recipe. Goes great with Ground Beef & Maitake Mushroom. This recipe is a big vague on quantities, because they don’t need to be exact.
Ingredients:
Green Beans
Sliced almonds
Ghee
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Directions:

Trim ends from green beans and cut into bite size pieces. I like to steam my veggies, but you can boil or cook in the microwave if you want. If steaming, heat water to boiling in a pan and place steamer in pan. Place green beans in steamer and cook for several minutes. I like my beans slightly crunchy, which is about 5 minutes. If you have a lot of beans, stir occasionally. Remove beans to serving dish

Melt ghee is small pan over very low heat and add some sliced almonds. Cook, stirring, until almonds have lightly browned. Add almonds to cooked beans.

Spritz with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
