September - Guided Imagery Meditation

Sit down and relax for 5 minutes with this guided imagery meditation. It might sound complicated, but it's not. All you need to do is think of one of your favorite places and listen to the audio. If you have some extra time, this is a great and easy meditation to do for a longer time. After the audio is done, just go back through each of the five senses as you think about your favorite place.

I am a Zumba certified instructor and an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Group Fitness Instructor.  My interests include being healthy and fit and helping others find their way to health and fitness.
