October Toning to Lucky Strike

This video mixes some cardio in with the toning. Keep your arms tight through all the arm movements to get the toning benefits from them. Watch your form on the lunge - keep your knee in line with your ankle. If you lean forward too far in the lunge (knee beyond the ankle), your knees will start to hurt.

I am a Zumba certified instructor and an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Group Fitness Instructor.  My interests include being healthy and fit and helping others find their way to health and fitness.
