January Toning - Hella Decale

There is a some cardio mixed in with the toning on this one. If you want you can use small hand held weights and/or use your body's resistance to increase the toning. To use your body's resistance, pretend there is a weight on the ceiling and you are trying to pull it down when your arms are overhead and pulling down. Keep your entire arm tight when doing the tricep kick back in the side lunge. Make sure that your knee doesn't go past your toes in the lunge and that you are sitting back when doing the squats.
