December Toning: Rumba en Moscu
A Russian folk song that mixes some lite cardio with toning, primarily squats. When doing squats, make sure that your butt is back and your knees don't extend over your ankles. If you're not sure of the form, sit in a chair, feet flat on the floor, feet directly below your knees. Lift your butt off the chair (use our hands to push yourself up if needed), and stop a few inches above the chair - this is the squat position. It may feel awkward at first, but you will become accustomed to it. If you don't use the correct form, you can hurt your knees.
