December: Gratitude Meditation

Continuing with the thankful theme from November and Thanksgiving, here is a gratitude meditation. So often the holiday season gets stressful as we try to accomplish more and stress over holiday celebrations. Take a few minutes to remind yourself of all you have to be grateful for.
