May Toning - Triceps

Today we will work on our triceps. You know the area, the back of the upper arm that likes to flap in the breeze as we get older. We're going to tone it up. If you want to use weights, you can use a light handheld weight, or even a bottle of water. If you are new to exercise, or haven't exercised in a while, I recommend you don't use weights until you are confident that your form is correct.

I give pointers on form throughout the video. Using the correct form is important to make sure that you don't get hurt and that you are using the targeted muscles. If you don't use the targeted muscles, you won't be toning the targeted muscles. You should feel these exercises in the back of the upper arm. Which we all want to tone. : )
