May Toning - Thighs and Other Parts of the Legs

We are working on legs today, with a series of toning exercises. You'll want to have a chair near by to help you balance. If you don't have a chair, you can use a wall. It doesn't matter how high you lift your leg on the lifts. What does matter is your form - your upper body should be fairly still; you don't want to be rocking to the side or front as you lift your leg. Try to keep your upper body upright, which will give you a little core work also.


I am a Zumba certified instructor and an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Group Fitness Instructor.  My interests include being healthy and fit and helping others find their way to health and fitness.
