May Stretching....good overall stretch
It's the end of the work week, at least for most people, so we'll take it easy today with a series of streches. Listen for the pointer on form, especially on the lunges. You want your knee to align with your ankle, which allows you to see your toes. If you can't see your toes, pull your knee back. Watching your form in a lunge is important, because you can hurt your knee if you don't have the correct form.
