August Cardio - El Teke Teke
This is another fun song, but it's kind of short.....so, maybe do it twice ;)
When doing the squat with the arm pumps (just watch the video - it will make sense then), make sure that you are sitting back in the squat. A squat should feel like you are sitting in a chair. If you're not sure how to squat, check out the Thursday is for Biceps video in the June archive (http://youtu.be/OTIa3OH3d5Y) for some tips. While doing the arm pumps, you want to keep the abs tight, sort of doing little crunches to help add some definition to those abs.
