July Cardio to Cumbia Arabe

There are only a few steps to this lite cardio choreography. One of the steps is a "sugar cane chop", where you tap your foot in front, side, back, side and start again in the front. Your arm will follow your foot, making a chopping motion. Make sure that the heel of your plant foot (the foot that isn't tapping), isn't stuck to the floor. The heel of the plant foot should move as your tapping foot moves. If your heel stays in one place, you will put pressure on your plant knee, which will eventually lead to pain in your knee.

If you have difficulty moving the heel of the plant foot, then make the tapping step smaller and don't twist your hips. This will reduce the chance of putting pressure on your knee.
