July Toning - A Core Workout

This workout focuses on the core, but also works the hips and improves balance. You might want to have a chair next to you as a "security blanket". The first few times you do this video, it might be hard to balance, because you are looking at the video. Once you get the moves down, pick a point in front of you and stare at it - this should help you balance.
If you need to hold the chair for any part of the workout, or for the entire workout, that is ok. It's better to keep a light hold on the chair than to flail your arms and legs trying to balance. The more you do this workout, the easier it will be to keep your balance.
With any of the moves, it doesn't matter how high you lift you leg, or how far you bend over. You want to lift high enough and bend far enough that it making you work, but not so far that you can't keep your balance or you feel like you are straining.
