June Toning - Biceps
Sorry this video is two parts, but I'm having some technical difficulties. The first video explains how to do a plie (easier than it might sound) and gives some tips for the bicep curls. Don't skip the first video. Not only are there helpful tips, but it's actually the start of the workout. You will be in the plie position while I explain the exercises, so you're working the inner thigh, quad, and buttocks.
