June Cardio to Fireball


This video is a cardio workout to Fireball by Pitbull. I'm dedicating it to my cousin Kim and his wife Claire. I danced to this song at their wedding a few weeks ago, and thought, "Yeah, I could make this into a workout." I don't know why the video came out yellow, I guess because it's (hands in the air) FIREBALL!!!


I am a Zumba certified instructor and an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Group Fitness Instructor.  My interests include being healthy and fit and helping others find their way to health and fitness.
